We stand behind our craftsmanship. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Clasp, jump ring, or bail failure under normal wear
• Chain links separating due to a manufacturing fault
• Structural or assembly defects present from the time you received your piece

If a piece fails because of how it was made, we'll repair or replace it.

This warranty covers defects — not the natural life of a worn piece. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including the gradual wearing or fading of the gold PVD finish over time
• Scratches, dents, bending, or damage from drops, impacts, or rough handling
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Damage from prolonged exposure to water, saltwater, chlorine, perfume, lotion, or other chemicals
• Loss, theft, or damage from repairs or alterations not performed by BLOODLINE
• Discoloration caused by individual skin chemistry or improper storage

3. A few clear photos of the defect

We'll review your claim within 3–5 business days. If approved, we'll repair or replace the piece. Return shipping to BLOODLINE is the responsibility of the customer; we cover shipping on the repaired or replacement piece back to you. Proof of purchase is required, and this warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

A little care keeps your BLOODLINE looking its best — and keeps it outside the wear that isn't covered above:

• Remove before swimming, prolonged hot showers, or heavy training
• Avoid contact with perfume, cologne, lotion, and harsh chemicals
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear
• Store dry, away from moisture and direct sunlight
